Is it possible to add one key to BMW CAS2/CAS3/CAS4,using  OBDSTAR X300 DP  pad yellow version On cas 2,3  we used tools like usually  VVDI2 , CGDI BMW . On cas3+  with working key!!If it is AKL(all key lost),you need to pull ISN code on dde or dme!!! for registry a key you need downgrade the cas,register key and after backup.
